Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. No questions asked You can cancel for whatever reason.​ You may visit our Return and Refund Policy page for more info.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?
Yes. You can either upgrade or downgrade your plan according to your needs. Just send us an email to notify any changes on your subscription and I'll be happy to assist you.

Do you issue official receipt?
Yes, DDD Design Lab is a registered business. I want to cater to businesses so I made an effort to register my design services officially. To request this, simply send me an email stating the request and I will assist you right away.

What applications do you use?
Designs are created using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and will use the best application for the design ordered. Keep in mind that I don’t work with any Microsoft or Google productivity tools like Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Slides. I also don’t work with any less common or non-professional design tools such as CorelDraw, Canva, Sketch, and Inkspace

What can't be included in the Unlimited Design Plans?
While I can cater a lot of graphic design tasks, some there are some tasks that is not under graphic design such as video editing, animation, copywriting and UX design. Website design, complex logos, complex vector art design and photo manipulation are not included in the Unlimited Design Plans, however, I’ll be happy to prepare a separate quotation depending on the complexity of the project.

What is an “active task”
An active task is any task that is still in on going. Meaning still being done or not yet approved. A task is still active until you've given final approval.

What count as a “small design task”
This could be anything from creating a set of social media graphics, to photo editing, to creating a print-ready flyer. If you're unsure if the task you need is considered as a "small design task", you can reach me out through chat or email to confirm.

What is considered as a “Brand”
A brand in our definition is a single product, service or business name. If you have 1 vlog, 1 coffee shop & 1 band, that’s considered as 3 brands.

Can I request multiple designs at the same time?
Yes, but please remember I’m only able to work on 1 active task at at time . A task is considered as 'active' until all revisions are complete finalized and approved by you.

Simple Seal Design
A simple 1-3 color badge or seal
Website Images Design
These are images you can place in your blogs, website or a thumbnail for your YouTube videos.
Flyer Design
Ready to print flyer, brochure or pamphlet design in any size. Magazine or book cover, brochure cover and other similar stuff
Infographics
Great to be included in your Kyenotes and reporting as this shows data in pictures. Please note that some infographic designs take time.
Card Design
Business cards, loyalty cards for a small business and other card designs.
Merch Design
This includes design for your products like shirts, mugs, bags, stickers, etc.
Social Media Ad Design
This includes Facebook or Instagram posts, and other social media advertisements.
Basic Photo Manipulation
Change background, color grading, simple image warping. or cropping

Design with a backbone
Design-wise, you’ll see a lot of talented artists out there. The difference with DDD is that I focus on the outcome. Being a business major graduate, I see the business side of a design. The business approach of the appealing artwork, not just the face of the artwork.
Client-centric
Although transferring your idea to my head is not an easy task, I study each client’s brand. Understanding the feel, the vibes that you want the design to appear is important for me. I don’t just design and see what looks good. I make sure it adhere to the theme of the brand that will result to making the brand more popular and easy to recall.
